This unit has amazing views with wide sliders to the private balcony that wraps around the southern side of the building with two additional windows in the living room, water, water everywhere! The bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a TV with cable. The jack and jill bathroom has a tub with a shower. The living room is directly on the Gulf with leather furniture, the sofa is a Queen pull-out sleeper and has a TV with a DVD player. FREE long-distance (US and Canada) and FREE secure WiFi is provided in the condo. This is a Non-Smoking condo.

The property offers a nice gas grill, beachside heated pool, pool area shower, and bathrooms. The property has a laundry room on the 1st floor that uses an app with credit card payment.
