People's service was good. Front desk great. Very busy during spring break week. Beach cabana crews awesome to support guests. Room was dirty in places, when asked to clean, it didnt happen even with specific areas requested.

Very lovely property. Very comfy bed the first 2 nights on the 6 th floor bay view. Then I moved to the 9 th floor ocean view. The view was awesome. The bed was very uncomfortable. But it was only 1 night. Overall very nice staff, from the restaurant, to the pool bar, tiki bar, and front desk and the most kindest and sweetest gal working in the gift shop. Great job to Human Resources for hiring such awesome staff. Rarely do I meet so many great staff under 1 roof. The food was awesome as well. Of course being right on the beach completes the package. Well done Hilton, Well done!

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. However “private beach” is a stretch. It’s only the location around the tiki bar, with hard, heavy chairs. If you want to go onto the beach they make you pay addition for chairs and cabanas. For the price of a nice hotel, I feel there were a lot of things were “included” on the website, that were not. Forcing you to spend extra.

Furniture in the lobby was not comfortable and shabby looking. Rooms could definitely use an update. Broken tiles in the bathroom- doors were off beat up. There was a dead rat in the parking garage entrance.
