Great staff, valets, everyone was great. Super friendly and helpful. The place is showing its age just a bit. Little stuff like our AC filter was dirty and had to be changed to let the room AC get the temp down, the buttons on TV remote were wearing out and hard to press. Overall, nothing that would prevent us from staying again (this was our second time here) Hands down the best beach area available in Clearwater which is why you go there. Great beach services for chairs and cabanas

The hotel lobby part was beautiful but the rooms were not great. For being a resort we were expecting to have better a better room. Especially for the price. The service was wonderful though. There were plenty of food options. We only ate 1 time down by the pool because food was expensive at the restaurants. The nachos were delicious but pricey and drinks for 2 waters and 2 iced teas was ridiculous.

AC went out, tried to leave me in the room because “they were almost sold out”. Hilton honors didn’t mean a thing. The fourth floor is horrible. View of the ACs on the roof & workers out here banging at 0800 every day. Clearwater beach is essentially Cancun

The receptionist was in a bad mood which is sad cause she had supervisors on her name tag I also got my room and there was only one bed and booked for two beds the ac made lots of noise the entire night and the rooms don’t have microwave the bar tenders where very nice and made good drinks

I liked the location it was convenient to everything. And staff were very nice and friendly. What I didn’t like is that a booked an ocean view and I received a partial ocean view with a parking lot for a main view. And also we weren’t told about all the amenities that were offered as a guest we didn’t find out about them until our last night there. So unfortunately we didn’t get to utilize the facilities to their full potential. I feel like those should be highlighted at check in.

First and last time

We paid for an ocean front room and got a view of the roof that blocked the beach. The gates were broken letting anyone that wanted to into the building. The a/c broke in our room and it was 80 degrees inside, when we called to get it fixed they sent a guy that sprayed water in the ac unit and it did nothing. Terrible experience I will never stay there again. Up charge for everything and terrible amenities.

We absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed here for our wedding and could not have chosen a better hotel. The staff was phenomenal, rooms were amazing and clean. Location is walkable, but you don't have to leave the resort with all the options on property! We LOVED the fact that they hosted a movie night in the pool for the kids (our soon still talks about how cool it was). We will definitely be back!

This was by far one of the worst stays of my life. The hotel is in horrible shape and in desperate need of upgrades. The kiddie pool’s floor is broken and scratched and kept scratching the kids feet, the lack of amenities compared to other properties around us was baffling. The valet was the worse to deal with, on our last day leaving they LOST our keys for over 35 minutes! I had to chase them down to get some answers until they figured it out. They were pushing us around, screaming at each other trying to find it, and towards the end it turns out one of the staff logged it out but never actually gave the key to anyone. The breakfast staff was also not accommodating at all! We had a party of 9 and they made us sit separately although the restaurant was nearly “empty”. So we had to have our kids sit in a separate table while we sat by ourselves. Our room was supposed to be “gulf view” but we got a view of the air conditioners and they refused to move us, IT WAS SOOOOO LOUD at all times. The AC in the room was also obnoxiously loud and it seemed to be broken but no one even came to take a look at it. (Maybe it was just old.) the shower had moldy stains in the wall and was not properly cleaned. The entire experience was screaming MOTEL instead of a Hilton stay. I’ve stayed at Hilton many many times before and this was definitely very disappointing. Save your money and stay elsewhere. The hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt.
