Everyone was very friendly and the room was very clean. The room was very small but comfortable. I did have to request each day to have used towels and garbage removed which I still prefer daily housekeeping but understand times have changed.

The room was clean, great view of pool and beach. Bed and bedding very comfy. Pools great, 85 degrees. Drinks-great. Beach-right there. Spa- incredible. Justin massage therapist- incredible. Starbucks-right there, and great food choices nearby. Kid friendly pools/area but not disruptive. What more could you want? I will absolutely be returning. Impeccable location.

The valet service was awful they were never near their desk and we had to constantly wait for them to show up, they ur flights got changed so we had to check out a night early and they told us at the front desk getting a refund for the night is no problem then proceeded to tell us our refund is denied, if they would have been straight up at the start I wouldn’t have felt this way

the valet tried taking our vehicle before we got our bags out of it. When we needed to leave for the airport, there was no one at the valet station or in the lobby to help us get our vehicle. There was a cockroach in our shower the morning we left. The location is great but I will be staying at a different hotel in the future

We booked ahead for a gulf front view, and when we arrived it was on the side of the building. It was definitely an obstructed view. The balcony was tiny and the room was disappointing.

The lobby had an overwhelming deodorizing smell that was awful. The smell was so strong it took your breath away and you could taste it. Desk people were nice. In our room there was garbage on the floor between the sink and the wall (a toothpaste tube and some other items). No shampoo, No cups for coffee. The toilet took 5 minutes to fill. The bed was amazingly comfortable, The bathroom was clean other than the above mentioned. The carpet seemed dirty in a way like it needed replaced. Not what I would have expected for staying at a Hilton.
