This is a Premium Plus 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Unit located in Villas of Clearwater Beach with a view of Gulf of Mexico and Clearwater Beach. It is our one of our most spacious 3 Bedroom condos.
(King, Queen, 2 Twins - 2,000 sq. ft.)
One of our largest 3 bedroom/2 bath corner units (over 500 sq ft more) with views at the end of the condo and four private balconies. One overlooks Clearwater Beach, a secluded balcony off the master bedroom, and a balcony off each of the guest rooms overlooking the pool. Spacious condo, great for families!
Premium Plus Condo Units offer over 500 sq ft more space than other 3 bedroom units and have been recently upgraded which may include the following:
New flooring, remodeled kitchens and bathrooms with brand new appliances, new 60” HD flat screen TVs in the living room with added HD channels, and new windows and doors which reduces exterior noise.

Excellent property and location
Management team connected in advance to check that we have all instructions and entry codes. Apartment is spacious for our extended family of six, all adults. Very clean and does feel recently renovated. Location is perfect with access right to the beach as well as walking distance to shops and restaurants if needed. Convenient access to the pool, after-beach shower and to the 2nd floor (important for us as we had a person with walking disability). We had a bit of an issue with the shower in the 2nd bathroom. Management team responded to our call promptly on a weekend night and the issue was fixed by a plumber next day. We were extremely happy with the property and vacation time. I would've extended if it were available.
