Great service!
This is a great Hotel, service is top-notch and feels genuine. It was my fiancés 40 birthday and Alex and the team really made it special! Feels young and fresh and is also in a great location if you want to be able to walk around the city and the sites. Breakfast is fantastic! The only thing I would not recommend is the rooftop bar. Although very beautifully designed and cosy it feels stuffy and overpriced. But does not take away from an otherwise lovely experience. Will definitely recommend and return when in Stockholm next.

Amazing Hotel with Fantastic Service.
Just a wonderful hotel with the kindest most generous staff I have encountered in a hotel. The rooms are great and the breakfast is next level.

Bank hotel is a very good option. Rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast is very good as well. WiFi could be better and there is no proper place to hang towels at the bathroom. I definitely recommend.

Style over substance. Disappointing.
When it's midnight, and you're getting an early night, The bar three floors below is pumping music out loudly, which you can hear all too well as you can't get the room below 22 degrees, and you need to have the window open - even if it is -11 outside, it all isn't conducive to sleep. Then, as patrons leave over the next hour and screech away in cars or squawk loudly without any concern, it paints an unpleasant picture. The staff didn't care - their laissez-faire attitude said it all. I was glad I wasn't staying a third night. Breakfast was great. Diptyque products are excellent, but individual disposable bottles are so last year.
