The toilets flush sooo loud it was terrible, and the water pressure in the shower was horrible. Really hard to wash hair. Cleanliness was good and staff were very nice.

Check in was incredibly slow. Didn’t even tell me my room number or floor just gave me the key and told me where the elevators were. Would expect more from a Hilton. Also when asked for the points on my honors + service was standoffish and was told third parties purchases don’t get points for Hilton. Wouldn’t waste the extra money for this Hilton.
