Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The area was quite populated, but the people generally kept to themselves. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of the shop located in the check-in area. It was affordable and offered a good variety of products.

We loved the area for the convenience to walking to many restaurants but our room was close to the pool, which made it a bit noisy when we checked in. It was also noisy being somewhat close to a busy road with sirens late at night and early morning. It had a full size fridge though which was nice.

The staff was rude..I had to wait 2 hrs to even get a card to get into the room and then housekeeping was slow had to wait another 20 mins outside the room when we had a reservation for 2 pm..its was 3:46p when we got the key to the room..upon check out I was not given my deposit of $100 back because the housekeeping said it smelt like smoke in the room the smoke alarm went off 2x and no one even called or came up to check it..staff was rude and inconsiderate about the whole situation..terrible place and terrible business
