Cross Roads Hotel ,Great Location easy to find plenty of parking and the hotel was nice and clean comfortable. I enjoyed my stay . Bar and Restaurant downstairs great atmosphere.

Really like the renovations. Comfy bedding, everything was spotless so that’s main reasons I comeback. Plus parking so convenient. Good value, but not dingy. Nice and quiet. Lift was good too.

Once again, my stay at the Crossroads Hotel was convenient and comfortable. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe. While the rooms are basic, the bed was comfortable and clean. On-site parking is very easy. The staff were very helpful.

Arrived late Friday night and had difficulty finding the check-in area, which was eventually directed to the bar. The entire place was permeated by the smell of cigarettes, which was exacerbated by the air conditioning. Overall, the experience was just okay, but the staff members were nice.

The rooms to the hotel are only accessible passing the pokies area which absolutely stinks of cigarette smoke. A sealed door separates the upstairs accommodation however the smell was overwhelming- even with the aircon on- during the night. We booked for 2 nights but left that first morning. The restaurant had fabulous food and a great menu and specials - would go back to eat but not to stay.
