This room tired and worn out the lounge was broken and had cigarette burns the fridge was incredibly noisy and kept us awake most of the night and I had to turn it off And this was supposed to be an upgrade on the one we originally booked, I hate to think what that was like.

A great place to stay if you’re passing through or visiting. Very close to Metro and Macquarie Westfield. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Stayed twice and would recommend for families.

Before my stay at Quest Macquarie Park, I had some concerns after reading a few mixed reviews about cleanliness. But once I arrived, my experience was completely different—in the best way possible. The room was spotless, fresh, and very well prepared. It really exceeded my expectations. I booked a studio with twin beds, and it was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchenette was well equipped, and I appreciated the small touches—like free kitchen liquid and laundry liquid provided for guests. Plus, having complimentary access to the washing machine and dryer was a big bonus. The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with any questions I had. A big thank you to the hotel manager (though I’ve forgotten his name!) who came quickly to help us when we couldn’t get the toaster to work. He kindly showed us that we hadn’t pressed the switch completely—very patient and professional! The location was also great. It’s just a 7-minute walk to Macquarie Park Station, which made getting around super convenient. There’s also plenty of free parking available around the hotel, which made commuting really easy and stress-free. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for its cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and great service.
