Staff were too casual and uncaring. Issues with incorrect billing were taken at a leisurely and disinterested manner. It was not a satisfactory experience. We had international guests with us and it was embarrassing.

Hidden Gem, A bit Art Deco but loved it! Staff were lovely and so helpful. Sure Bathrooms were a bit dated but very clean. I will be telling friends about this one!

You're really paying for the location, not much else. When you first walk in the foyer is quite grand, but once you get to the rooms you realise how run down everything is. The staff at check in were very arrogant, they took another $50 as deposit, said it would be released the next morning on check out... It's now 4 days later and I still don't have it. The 'roof top' was not very accessible and quite small. The TV was ancient and had very minimal, free to air channels. The location was good for being able to walk to the bridge and Circular Quay. But besides that it was definitely not worth the price tag.

The hotel is in a great location. The service was good, and the room had comfortable beds. The bathroom needs an upgrade. I would have preferred a walk-in shower. The bath was old and 1 of the tap was dripping. My grandson loved the roof top pool and hot tub, whilst I loved the view.

Great location in The Rocks! Be Beautiful view from the rooftop pool area (though cruise ships could block it somewhat) and nice view from our window. We could see the Opera House, search the night sky for the Southern Cross, and watch flying foxes leave their far-off roosting place to head toward the city. Breakfast was an extra charge and we tried it one day. I loved that they had a laundry facility for guests.
