The room is very dated. We left our bags and we returned at 6pm, our bags weren't taken to our room, and I know why steps to rooms off the lift are very difficult to navigate. Staff were friendly and location was fantastic. Over priced though low water pressure, shower over bath, very small bathroom and small room.

We have stayed many times before and love it however bathrooms really need an upgrade. Also unfortunately a staff member charged an extra night’s accommodation after we had checked out and now have to wait up to 5 days for the refund which is very inconvenient as funds are very tight at the moment.

Great location. 4 minutes walk to circular quay. Lot of choices in restaurants. We were able to check in at 12 pm after arriving atv8 Am from an international flight. Roof top pool and views are amazing.

The hotel was okay, while a little dated. The shower/bath was adequate but the shower head was low (I'm 6'-2"). The electrical outlets did not have USB plug ins. When I asked at the front desk for US adapters they were all being used by other guests. Had to buy a cheap one at a convenience store. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The Hotel location was perfect for "The Rocks" area and all things were easily walked to, including the Opera House, Botanical Gardens and Cruise Terminal. I would stay here again, but would know what to bring next time.

The location was outstanding. Views of the Opera house and the harbor. Close to train station, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel itself needs a little care. The room and facilities are a little run down. Staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional.
