The taps for the shower were very old and need replaced or at least new washers.Incrediblly difficult to get a constant water flow and temperature. Otherwise the room was comfortable and well maintained. MAIN PROBLEM-our room was directly over the very large pub which had very,very loud music which on Friday night stopped about 10pm but on Saturday night went on to midnight approximately.

The rooms are have had a revamp with furniture however the bed was one of the worst I have slept in at a Quest. For $600 for one night I would expect if you’re going to put new furniture in a room that would include new beds. Could improve on cleaning in bathroom. Positive was that single room has a proper kitchen if you were staying longer. Great location.

Staff was fantastic. Room was run down, shower head could be replaced. Lost interest in the sad sight of the tea and coffee satchets under the sink. Music/noise could still be heard after 1pm. Not value for money at all. Paid $352 for the night. Should of stayed at the Motor Inn for that standard. Very disappointed.

The staff were fabulous and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent. The only thing that let the place down was that our room was directly above the nightclub downstairs, which means we couldn’t get to sleep until 12:30am. The staff kindly gave us ear plugs, but it wasn’t an ideal solution.

Overall, the property was a great experience for us. The team relocated us to a room with better amenities, a better view, and the larger bed we originally requested. They also resolved an air-conditioning issue the following day, which required a full replacement. While some of the appliances were a bit outdated and could use upgrading, the staff’s responsiveness, flexibility, and willingness to accommodate us more than balanced out those drawbacks and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay, house keeping was amazing, If I could address Evelyn for a moment. I stood I basement for a few minutes before I saw instructions to elevator. I would recommend instructions bring on both sides of elevator. I would like to mention although I thought everyone who worked at the Quest were lovely including groundsmen and housekeeping I was not impressed by having to wait on reception to get off their phone before they addressed me. This happened on two occasions. As they are the first people/impression you get I thought it was quite ignorant and ill-mannered. I just think this lady was unaware she was being rude. Overall we had a wonderful stay, I would 100% stay again. Loved the Moore bath products aswell
