The staff was super nice, especially Naomi, she helped us with our booking at the hot springs and was super helpful. The location was perfect, a street away from the busyness of Ximending!

Amazing hotel, location and staff. To be honest I did not want to leave. The staff were so incredibly helpful with suggestions of where to go/visit, what night markets to eat at, must see tourist attractions. Also provided detailed instructions to assist catching buses and metros. Finally arranged a taxi to/from the airport for me. Just an amazing stay.

Overall my stay was good, the room was bigger than expected and the bed was comfortable. The room was mostly clean but the shower could do with some attention. The staff were mostly friendly, I only encountered one who was not too friendly. I have marked this hotel down by two stars - one star since the room was not soundproof - I slept well the first two nights but was woken up early on my last two nights by loud conversations at reception. The second star because I also was disappointed that there was no free laundry (I’d booked for this reason). Apparently it ended in 2023! Overall a decent stay.

Really enjoyed my stay at Art’otel Ximending Taipei. The location is awesome — right in the middle of Ximending with tons of food, shops, and nightlife just steps away. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and modern. Mine was on the smaller side, and some don’t have windows, so it’s worth checking before you book. There’s no restaurant, but that’s fine since you’re surrounded by great local eats. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the MRT, which makes getting around pretty easy. Overall, a great spot if you want to be close to all the action without spending too much.

Very convenient to any restaurants or shopping as right in ximending. In the quieter street area of ximending but all within close walking distance. Lots of breakfast options and literally a convenience store like family mart/7 eleven every corner! Found 3 themed 7 eleven nearby with one being on the same street! Staff there are very friendly, accommodating and helpful! They also have a very adorable grey rabbit! If you are guest there, can also go to a nearby gym 3-5 mins walk with well a big range of machines and weights and relatively quiet, no need to wait for any machines. Bright big windows inside the room which I really liked. Spacious for a family of 4. Kids loved the free Netflix. Highly recommend this place, definitely will come back if stay in Taipei.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was helpful, room was clean. We enjoyed the gym pass and laundry service. The room was minimal but has all the best amenities. I will stay here again! Best part is that they have Nepresso coffee, Dyson hair dryer, great toiletry, and fresh water and snacks everyday.

Great location and super-friendly service.

Very clean and comfortable, despite the snug size of the rooms and sparse decor. Fantastic location in the heart of a super fun district, with everything on the doorstep. Kids loved the resident bunny :)

不知道為什麼晚上要洗澡時，冷水的水量非常小，所以導致很燙，若要調整到正常溫度的話水量會超級小。 當時我本來想請家人去聯絡櫃檯，可是想想算了因為我猜想他們可能也無法處理，硬著頭皮洗，後來隔天早上水量就超級正常，很可能是若同時很多人洗會導致水量小。 然後隔音是真的不好，外面機車聲吵、隔壁一直有碰碰聲，整個晚上睡眠品質並不佳。

This is another Ferry deceiving Hotel by the photos. The rooms are small there Kmart style cheap, small bed, uncomfortable. and for the cost of the other hotels I stayed in the difference is so small. I don't know why anybody stays here.

Looks are decieving. Got to be honest. From the outside it looks kind of scary. The elevator up, you dont know what to expect. But once you arrive in the lobby...a whole different setting. The staff were so welcoming. The lobby was just like in the pictures. The rooms were very clean. Central location from the night market and right next to the police station. Very safe and very convenient. We'd definitely recommend this hotel for those travelling on a budget and just need a comfy bed to sleep after an adventurous day of site seeing.
