A very spacious room with nice beds. However, it smelled old cigarette especially in bed though it was a non smoking room. It may be the only thing that will stop me from staying there again. Basic breakfast, better save your stomach for good food outside of the hotel. Very convenient location and safe neighbourhood.

Very good location and clean place to stay

Very good location - right next to Exit 5 of Taipei Arena MRT Station making it very easy for me to commute to busy (and expensive) areas in Taipei like Xinyi/City Hall/101 as well as bustling Ximen areas... also it was pretty quiet and honestly very clean (at least for the room since I only stayed for a night). Breakfast is so so but only NTD330.

Overrun with people across the straits

Room was old, smelt like it had smoked get in a non smoking room, air cond was not holding constant temperature. They tell you that breakfast has no capacity because all the people from across the straits need to eat first and you can't eat when breakfast opens. Was also given a room without a view and told there are no rooms with. Window. That was not true as I had stayed there before.

Room is smaller than the other Capital hotel which I stayed in my last visit,there is only Drawer available inside the hotel room, that is not enough.

Just okay

Checking in was fast and simple. Entering the rooms, it was okay at first sight but I thought they could have been improved to made more up to date. The wallpapers, carpet and tiles looked a little dirty and unfortunately we found some bugs in the washroom. A few things, we liked was the 110v outlets (but the locations of the outlets were oddly placed), the complimentary breakfast, and that the hotel was right next to the Taipei arena station.

We stay in this hotel for six days, location are very good, but the front desk manager was unprofessional, calling me at 11:00 pm at night, six days stay sheet never change, carpet are very dirty.

Half closed your eyes then it's a good one

Room is not so clean, but shower water is wonderful. Nearby neighborhood is convenient , lots of restaurants including famous Chinese bun restaurant (Dien-suei-lou). Breakfast seating area is limited, had to wait or share table. In-room air conditioning is good.
