toilet seat very old. staff is helpful but the female one helping us check in no smile. was surprised to see only one side of the facade repainted. the other sides very rundown, if i had known about this, I probaly wudnt hv chosen this hotel. thought it is connected with metro wud be very convenient but if with out suitcases there is neither no elevators nor escalators, the facilities not up to date

Would not recommend and it’s an abomination to the land of Formosa lol. The first room we were shown smelled of mold so we were moved. The second room had a fait smell and it was late so we decided to stay. The bathroom is neglected and I wouldn’t trust taking a bath in it… Also, the sleeping room was also carpeted, my dude. We crossing the quarter of the century that is 2000 and we still doing carped floors?? For a hotel room? Bruh.

The hotel staff were truly wonderful—very kind, professional, and accommodating. My main concern, however, was the mattress in my room. It was extremely uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on plywood. Housekeeping kindly tried to make it more comfortable, but unfortunately it remained very hard and stiff and resulted in sleepless nights throughout my stay. I am not sure if this issue is limited to room 1626 or if it is more widespread, but I strongly feel the mattress needs to be replaced, as it greatly affected the quality of rest during my visit. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. I appreciate the service your staff provided and hope this concern can be addressed for future guests.

We arrived in Taiwan early at around 6:00 AM, so I booked a room a day in advance to rest right away, especially since we were traveling with a baby. Upon arrival, we asked if a family room (which we booked for our 3-night stay) was already available, but were initially told the hotel was fully booked. We stayed in the standard room first so our baby could rest, and shortly after, we were pleasantly surprised when the staff upgraded us to a family room to avoid the hassle of transferring rooms. Overall, our stay was great. The location is excellent, with direct MRT access in the basement and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops.
