Many times stayed at this hotel. Staff are friendly and rooms are cleaned. Cleaner cleans room everyday and are very polite. In term of accessibility, is walking distance to train station, Ximend. The hotel has a very good location, right in the main shopping area and about a 20-minute walk from Taipei Station. The downside of this central location is that the hotel occupies only one floor of a commercial building with shops, gaming venues, and cafés, allowing free public access to the hotel floor, which felt a bit concerning since the front desk does not monitor who comes and goes. There is no breakfast, although free coffee and water are available at reception, along with a useful luggage scale, but the room felt old and somewhat dirty, and the thin walls made it easy to hear neighbors.

The staff in this hotel are very nice and informative. The location of this hotel is excellent. It’s close to all attractions. The cleanliness of this hotel needs a lot of improvement. The bathroom has black mold on the wall.
