Although the hotel has an excellent location, it remains held back by the same issues I’ve noted for years. The rooms are very dated and in desperate need of a deep clean. Additionally, the front desk staff could be much more welcoming; the service feels cold and indifferent. I keep coming back for the location, but the property is showing its age.
