Stayed here previously a few years ago and liked enough to stay again this trip. Spacious without feeling cramped but definitely need to take turns opening luggages when staying with friends (at least in the double and triple room). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was allowed to leave our luggage overnight since my friend & I were going to return after a one night stay in Jiufen. Love the additional bathrooms & showers on almost every guest floor; the shared spaces are pretty clean. On property washer & dryer are a big plus as well. Great location as it is right by Taipei Station (HSR, MRT, local trains, and long-distance buses) and near multiple other subway lines within walking distance.

This is a great place to stay. Staff were welcoming, super friendly, and helpful. The communal areas were nice and it’s very convenient getting to the main train station. I’d easily stay here again.

Excellent place

The place is very close to the Taipei station and to the MRT for the AirPort Express train. It means there are many shops and restaurants around of superb quality. The entire place is very new, chic, clean and tidy, with interesting historic backgrounds. The common room is well equipped and a great spot to hang out. I really love the day light from the ceiling. I stayed one night in a room without windows but it’s all fine. The room isn’t big but good enough for solo travel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Dining vouchers are offered since breakfast isn’t provided in-house. You can spend the vouchers not only in breakfast time, but anytime during the opening hours of the 8 places (Taiwanese food, café, dessert shop and more). I’d choose this place again next time.

Good: Location is good. Very close to the Taipei Main Station. Easy to find. A 7-11 convenient store just downstairs. The room is decent size and clean. A little bit of the Muji vibe. An small basin in the room. Staffs are friendly. Can be improved: The communication can be better. I requested a late check-in. Originally the information I got was the hotel will provide me an instruction and passcode for getting the key after regular checkin hours. But I didn't receive any follow up. I left message on both Expidia platform and LINE messager but I didn't receive any response after all. I only can hope there would still staffs waiting for me to check-in. And luckily it was. There were still staffs at reception at 11pm. I booked the room a week ahead, so I believe the hotel has a plenty of time to communicate this. But they just left me hanging to worry without properly informing about the situation. This definitely can do better.

Wow! the staff here truly made the experience exceptional. They went above and beyond with recommendations, booking activities, and even helping call my Ubers. Jai at the front desk was especially incredible, so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The location is also perfect for walking around and exploring the area. The hostel is very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

The air conditioner need to fix on swing functions (not working), the blanket is not ”breathable” making uncomfortable sleep, too hot with the blanket and too cold without it.

The property is near Taipei Main Station. There are lots of restaurants, shops, and malls around the area. The hostel is quite clean and comfortable to sleep in. I especially love the common area where you can hang out and relax a bit and also meet other people. All in all I had a great time during my stay at this hostel.

I stayed for 26 nights. Great property and staff. They had weekly events, and a nice common area with a microwave, refrigerator, and free coffee. Kelly, PJ, and the rest of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is close to everything.
