The facility is kind of dated but the location is good if you do not have a car and use public transportation. M2 and S25 bus stop is near by. Furniture is old but quite clean as matter of fact. You can walk to Beitou library, Hot Sprint museum and Hot Spring Valley in 10 minutes.

I was asked to pay extra TWD600 when i check in hotel,cos the reception told me the price i paid at hotel.com is just for the hotspring bath ,i don"t known what"s going on???? cos the confirmation send to me stated very clear check in date and check out date, and was stated clearly that the amount i paid was for 1 night 1 room. So if possible, can anyone please contact me and let me know how come i need to pay the extra TWD600.

Improve Service Altitude and Room Appearence

No morning greeting and unhappy attitude from breakfast server. Went to breakfast at 8:10 and was told breakfast to be closed at 9:00 in a rude manner. Paint peeled off mirror frame, give a bad appearence.

For Hot Spring

If you are looking for a budget hotel that has a big world pool Jacuzzi and hot spring but far from the mtg hotel this is your choice.

hotel quite old, receptionist not friendly, did not tell us the wifi pw till we came down to ask for it. room no heater, was told to switch off air con but its still cold in the room. a small lift to service passengers which can carry 5 person at a time.

Old and dirty hotel

This hotel is very old and dirty. 1. The headboard of the bed is full of dirt and stain 2. Glass window is very dusty and dirty 3. The mattress is way too soft and old 4. Bedsheet, pillow case are dusty! 5. Room is only with dim light and air cond temperature control is not working at all! 6. Horrible bathroom design - no shower screen and the floor is very slippery.

Friendly counter staff

The counter staff is friendly. The hourly shuttle bus service between Beitou and hotel is very useful especially when it rains. Can easily find food around xinbeitou station. The ru rou fan around the station is highly recommended.
