The heater did not work in the room and the outside temperature was in the 40s. The front desk said that they don’t use the heater that much in Florida so sometimes this happens. I suggested perhaps they should check before booking the room. There were no other available rooms and they made no effort to relocate us to an adjacent property.

I loved the personal touches from texting me with asking if I needed anything prior to check in, the receptionist trying to keep our group on the same floor, the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable (soft) and excellent pillows. My experience with this particular hotel was EXCELLENT.
