Pet friendly accommodation in Tay Ho

Excellent hotel. We came back for another night when we had to be in Hanoi. Staff and cleanliness is 5 star. Restaurant is awesome and the waiting staff are well trained. The receptionists (all) were amazing. They answered most of our questions and concerns. The hotel is in a busy area, so vigilance is required when walking as there are too many scooters. Looking for a good street food? you are right at the heart of it. The walk to the french 1/4 is about a 20-30 min, but we enjoy walking so that was not an issue for us.

My stay at InterContinental Hanoi Westlake was excellent. The location is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing trip, with beautiful lake views and easy access to nearby cafes and walking areas. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional. Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable throughout my stay. Breakfast was great overall with plenty of variety, though I wish there were more halal options available. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi.

Clean room, great staff, lovely room and spacious. Not too far from the old town and easy to get to from the airport. Will defiantly want to stay again. GREAT morning breakfast too!
