The whole place has quite a dated feel. The room looks basic and the window looks out onto the roof of other parts of the hotel which is unpleasant. The TV does not support YouTube and Netflix type of streaming service. The blanket was thick, but there is no air con so it's hard to sleep even with the window opened. There is also a mini bar with a pricing list, but the items provided was incomplete and I've got charged for a cookie I didn't consume and was never there. However.after a complaint it was refunded.

The staff were amazing and did everything they could to accommodate us. The room was exactly what we needed, love the fact there was an iron and ironing board - which we utilized while there. 10/10 will be staying again, next time we need accommodation in Timaru. Thanks for everything

Wifi was not great, air was not greatest old school fan on roof still hot in room when it was on, noisy could hear people talking in hallway easy and when doors other rooms were closing there doors you could hear traffic on main road dont think windows are double glazed. Room was not ckeaned properly when we arived found 1 packet of unopened chips under bed and a pack of lollies behind a heater.
