Great stay for 3 night. Only issue was bed was a little firm for my liking. The staff were exceptional and made the stay great. The food at the restaurant was good and breakfast options were good.

Fantastic. Only thing we could say was the new bathroom had a broken/loose toilet roll holder. It’s a great place to stay.

Room was tidy, clean and very warm. Had to wait awhile to check in as reception was unattended but staff were lovely. The room above was very noisy, and kept us awake. Great location in the city centre
