Some Space Bar staff are awful. The lady at the door have some kind of prejudice. Whatever it was, we noticed it twice when we went up there to enjoy the view. Two of the lobby bar ladies are nice, smiling and respectful. The views are nice. The room was clean.

All around the outside of the hotel smelled of rotten eggs and sulfur. Like thick. You could taste it. Although the outdoor areas of the property are beautiful and full of spots to relax and enjoy we didn’t enjoy those areas as much due to the smell being so strong.

Loved the hotel and staff. Our family was able to see a rocket launch from the hotel while we were there. Very convenient for pre-cruise stay. However, the outdoor smell of sewage was so off putting I might not consider this property in the future.

Propert was very nice. The room was clean. The rooftop bar area was good for watching spacex launches. Hostess on the roof was kind of short with us then the server when I asked what vegetarian options they had suggested something then said they had limited options that night and I could have an overpriced salad. We left and found a place down the road. Also you have to ask before if you want your towels changed. I didnt know that and had to ask a housekeeper for fresh towels after we got back and were exhausted. For the price you shouldnt have to ask for housekeeping daily.

Nice hotel, fantastic for watching launches, had a great bartender at the pool. Quiet and close to Kennedy Space Center. Room was never cleaned and not many food options on the week days. But otherwise no complaints.

There was a terrible smell inside and outside of the property that made me gag even when we were inside of the room, I could almost taste it in my mouth. We couldn’t even leave our room and enjoy the amenities due to the horrific smell on the property.
