Honestly, I was PLEASANTLY SUPRISED!! I booked this for $88... wasn't expecting much, just needed a place to lay my head and hopeful an OK neighborhood and clean. I am a Travel Agent and I would recommend and book this hotel for any budget client I have. It far exceeded my expectations. Clean / Safe / Location / Kind Staff. Breakfast is simple, waffle - cereal - yogurt - bread - fruit. But for the price, it was perfect. If you want more big breakfast, IHOP is under same roof, just walk thru the breezeway.

Random stains on floor. Room was not cleaned overly great prior (hair and a lighter found). Noise level is insane with the constant squeaking of the old laundry room 20 feet away. Would rather spend a bit more for a traditional hotel experience.

Parking was easy and safe. The room was nice enough but really could use a ‘deep clean’ especially in the bathroom. Goo and dirt built up in the corners and dirty baseboards. I would have cleaned it myself if I were staying longer. But other than the floor not getting mopped it is a nice place to stay. Convenient location. Very clean and stocked breakfast area. The woman working the breakfast room does a good job.
