Breakfast was good but some protein options would be nice. Breakfast staff was unfriendly on the 1st morning but better on the 2nd morning. Area was convenient to Kennedy Space Center with Cracker Barrel across the street for supper. Room was comfortable and nice.

The front desk two ladies are not friendly to us at all. First, she gave me a pen which is full of cigarette smell to sign on the check in paper. Then we were given a room with smoking smell. She asked us to fill in a form and provide our car information. I was curious and asked why we should provide these information. A young lady coldly said with a cold face and attitude, for safety as there are many policeman circling around here. What these two ladies were doing was just trying all their best to make us feel we are not welcome in this hotel. Yes, we will never come back to this hotel.

Nice property just a little loud. You can hear tvs and people talking all night. Not a bad place though just hard to sleep if you’re a light sleeper

The bathrooms and floors in our room were horribly unclean. I needed to go get cleaning supplies to clean it myself. We checked in well after hours (our flight landed after 10 pm) so there was no room service available to re-clean the room. The finish on the bathtub was also almost completely gone, behind the toilet was a puddle of rust, and the shower was just super gross and in need of updating. The floors were so dirty that if you didn't wear socks or sandals, your feet would be discolored in a matter of minutes after getting out of the shower. The only saving grace was that the beds were comfortable and linens were clean and they had bed bug covers on the beds to make you feel safe.

A good nights rest

We enjoyed our stay here. Family trip to Kennedy Space Center. It is centrally located and clean. We felt safe and had a good night sleep. The front desk was friendly and quick to respond to our questions. Would recommend.

Unfortunately, our room had dirty water seeping through the floor boards from under ground up. There was no tub stopper in the bathtub and bugs came up from there (roaches). The pool was not fully clean neither. Wish I could give a good rating because the convenience of being able to take our pet and have them stay at an affordable price were two main reasons we decided to book here, aside from the location being close to where our plans were.

Couldn't get my key to work..But the maintenance man came right away. The toliet wasn't flushing unless I held the handle down. The ice machine was out of order but they had small bags of ice at the front desk.
