I stayed at APA for 6 nights and i loved the location, staff and the facilities. The room was tiny, but for one solo traveller it was just right. Luggage space was an issue, but it was an overall decent sized room. The subway was just across the road and everything was pretty close. Id stay again if i had the opportunity. The olsen bath was also very relaxing. Such a good idea to have a traditional Japanese bath in the hotel.

Pro: Great breakfast buffet, with many vegetarian options. Public bath was clean (would recommend). Room cosy, but sufficient for use - bath and toiletries provided. Water heater and hair dryer provided as well. Bed very comfortable. Three convenience stores close by. Less than 10 minute walk to Asakusa Shrine and markets (very convenient).
Con: Hotel has a bizarre 'environmental' policy of not changing linen until the fourth day. Cleaning staff also hold up the elevators regularly during the day for transporting goods which can put them out of order for 10 mins at a time as they are paused, while they stop on every floor. Window room also means a view of a large brick building that is less than a few metres away. Closest rail line is also a private line that is not JR so you can't use the JR Rail Pass (can use Pasmo though).
Overall: Would recommend.

For breakfast, 30 kinds of Japanese and Western cuisine are prepared, especially Yuba and Tofu are recommended. I am glad you liked it.
Cleaning is done once every 4 days for eco activities such as sheet change. Of course it is also possible to exchange daily if you wish. I'm sorry for troubling you about the staff's frequent use of elevators as we clean rooms in the daytime.
Also, since nearby stations are all underground, if you want to sightsee around Asakusa you need a free pass of subway or IC card. If you come back to Japan again please try to buy it.
Please refer again to your valuable opinion to make the service better and come again.

Very comfy place but incredibly small. Overall we did enjoy this stay. It was very close to the station and great restaurants.
