The hotel was in a nice quiet little area, more of a business area than a touristy area, and that was perfect after touring all the busy places around Tokyo. Close walking distance to the metro stations and lots of little shops to eat at as well as convenience stores. The hotel amenities were great. The staff were great. The breakfast was OK.

Due to a ceiling pipe water break/leak, breakfast was severely affected for guests. Hotel did their best but the food offerings were very limited and sparse and were not worth the price paid for that meal. It should be noted meal service was fixed for our next 2 days.
