The rooms are as you would expect in an APA, only downside was that there is no individual control over room temperature, and the rooms get so hot without respite. We had to put our bag in the doorway to keep the cool air from the hallway coming through.

Location great, close to train station but away from the bustle of Tokyo. Onsen a great way to start the day or relax after a busy day exploring Tokyo. Restaurants walking distance and buffet breakfast is well done with lots of variety. Rooms are small but typical for Tokyo. Luggage has to be stored under bed.

Elevators were a pain and a bit slow. Self checkin did not seem to work, computer issues. Had to keep asking staff for help. Felt check in would have been better done by a live person.

Amazing hotel with super friendly staff! Each morning we received a bag of fresh supplies on the days they did not come in to clean the room.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff is very attentive and pleasant to engage with. The cleaners would consistently check in to see if anything was needed and the front desk very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying with APA hotels.
