Extremely frustrating “ automated” check-in ruins this property. It was clunky, didn’t even have Wotif listed. Due to how bad check in is I would neither recommend nor stay again. Should go back to manual.

The property was clean and comfortable. It was well-placed near public transport, shops, food options, etc. The room was quite comfortable and had everything we needed. The room, however, was super small! It was the smallest place I stayed at in my trip of Japan, yet the most expensive per night...

This was a great hotel to stay at. It was very clean and the staff were so nice. Also very close to the train station and walkable in the Shinjuku district. My only small complaint was that the elevators were a little slow and would stop on random floors sometimes with no people waiting. I would recommend this hotel if visiting Tokyo.
