Nice hotel conveniently located next to Shiomi station (only 3 stops away from Tokyo Main). Clean well kept property, but a bit tight if you are used to Western style accommodations. Small tub/shower, sink, toilet room that’s is requires a large step up to get into. Not much space beyond the beds, barely enough room to fit a chair and a small desk. Luggage had to be laid on the floor by the entry door and got in the way of the bathroom door and entry door. Staff was very nice and professional. Public bath included but we didn’t use. No business center so had to work in the lobby. Skip the on site restaurant Veranda brunch - it was ok but so much better food elsewhere for cheaper. On site laundry was nice. On site Lawson very convenient.

My showerhead was broken. When hung up in its cradle it would spurt water out of the top. Their driers took a lot longer to dry clothes than usual I spent about an hour and a half using their machines and my clothes were still damp Room was great staff were amazing amenities were top-notch as was the spa

Everything good with hotel except for luggage transfer to Haneda airport from hotel. Very complicated for a technically-challenged senior like me! I’m used to Yamato xfer. I’m still not fully confident that my forwarded luggage to Haneda will arrive. Other than that, great location to go to Disneyland and nice spa facility.

Small rooms but expected in Tokyo. Still a large single bed, bathroom with tub, bar fridge and desk so plenty of room even if compact. Comfy beds - not too hard. Onsite onsen was amazing. Close to transport.

Was ideal location for what was required by us as station just across road. Lawsons attached to hotel which was ideal for evening snacks.staff very attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Booked here as a convenient but affordable hotel for Disneyland. Right across from JR station and some convenience stores/dining options nearby, with a Lawson attached to the hotel. Typical APA rooms - small but clean. Hallways have strangely low ceilings but room ceilings are normal. Microwave and cold/water machines are each floor.

This was a great room! We stayed for the Disney portion of our trip, it was a 2 minute walk from the station, had a convenience store in it and a great take out place and another convenience store within 5 minutes. There’s a great grocery store at the train station as well. Great location and comfortable hotel!

This was a great place to stay! Only a 4 minute walk from the train and only a 15 minute ride to the Disney Parks! The room was clean and had everything you needed. If you have tattoos, you won’t be able to go into the onsen.

The room was infested with gnats. The ventilation is terrible in the bathroom, the vent barely worked. There’s a separating between the wall and the shower and all the built up moisture caused the gnats. The bathrooms are super tiny. Everyday my wife and I killed about 15-20 gnats in the bathroom. The gnats also traveled to the living area. The gnats made our stay very annoying and uncomfortable. I do like the subway station was less than a 5 minute walk to the Shiomi station so this made transportation easy and convenient for us.
