Very friendly and helpful staff all excellent. good facilities including gym, pool and laundry etc. very good location for shrines and lots of supermarkets and 7-11 type shops - they lost a star as we thought it was very cheeky to charge guests to use the cocktail bar ( 2000 - 3000 Yen) on top of drinks and several nights accommodation costs!
