The hotel was excellent for the most part, however there are very few washing machines and dryers (3 of each) and there is no system in place to make sure that other guests are getting fair usage. For example, one person was using up two dryers and had them going for hours, which meant my laundry was sitting wet. I ended up drying it in my room with a hairdryer!

The hotel is nicely presented. The room is large and comfortable. The bathroom is smallish, as expected in Japanese accomodation. Points taken due to the remoteness of the hotel. Literally in the middle of nowhere. Some people may call it nice and quiet. Long walk from Shinjuku or any station. Good luck when carrying luggages. Hotel wifi is slow and unreliable. The bakery and the cafe downstairs is great. As is the Central Park across the road.
