All one room (minus laundry and bathrooms) but very comfortable and cool in the Tokyo heat. The balcony isn’t accessible but the windows open for a view if you want it. The train station is a short walk and there’s a konbini just down the road in either direction. We rarely used the bus system but there is a stop right in front of the building. All around great location for a stay in Tokyo!
