Really great spot and location. Great staff who are always helpful. I liked that the wifi worked really well in my room so I could take a meeting. The one thing I wish about the hotel was having another elevator because it could take a long time to get up or down.

Breakfast was awesome, traditional Japanese with a slight twist of western; the onsen and sauna though small but sufficient, definitely a treat to relaxation, on top of that with free ice cream and yogurt drink. Then the late night ramen a very nice touch. Except for the super slow elevator and AC a bit loud, overall the stay was over my expectations.

Rooms was very modern and clean and larger than some other hotels in Japan. Onsen was nice, both outdoor and indoor options. Location is fantastic, lots of shopping ans food in a 5 min walk, also very good transit connections especially for Narita airport. Be aware only one elevator in building so sometimes a bit of a wait.

Overall a decent hotel in an excellent location. Very close to stations, making getting around very easy. Has a plethora of food options right next to the hotel. Only criticism we had were the pillows were very hard and small. Beds were also a bit more firm than what we are used to.
