Beautiful room, lovely staff, in close proximity to Tokyo Disneyland and Disney sea. Great convenience store and Disney store downstairs! Thank you for our wonderful stay for our first time in Tokyo.

We were given a free upgrade to a higher floor which we really appreciated. The view from the balcony of the ocean was amazing, and also from the window in the bathroom while relaxing in the tub. We loved our stay here for two weeks, it was relaxing and a nice 5 minute walk to the bay station monorail. We visited Tokyo Disney and DisneySea multiple times, as well as Ikspiari where they had multiple shops and food options. The morning and evening buffets were so good, and the staff were always pleasant and helpful. If we ever visit Tokyo again in the future, we will definitely stay here again, we loved it so much we were dreading the day we had to leave. Thank you Grande Nikko Tokyo Bay for a memorable experience and trip! <3

This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel! The people that work here are amazing! I can’t recommend this enough. It’s located right next to fantasy Springs Hotel.(and probably cost triple with smaller room rooms.) you are literally less than five minutes walking to the Disney monorail. It was one of our best days in Japan thanks to the kindness of the staff cleanliness of the room and the beautiful hotel! We had concierge level and enjoyed the cappuccino each day!

Room is clean, spacious & adequate amenities provided. However, it was 28 minutes walk from Disneyland according to google map, not exactly convenient with luggages in tow arriving from the express way shuttle bus from Shinjuku. Taxi ride from Disneyland to the hotel is about 900 yen. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Room was spacious, comfortable & clean. All staff were courteous and helpful. Reasonably priced buffet with great food choices. 24 hour convenience store within the hotel foyer. Easy 5 minute walk to Disney monorail station. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

It was the most cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at. The staff is so nice, polite, and accommodating. The room was supplied with toiletries. They had luggage storage and even took my bags to my room. It was a beautiful hotel overall! Oh and can’t forget the airport limo picks you up from the hotel. Very convenient!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama and would definitely book a stay here again. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a family of 3! The breakfast buffet was outstanding and really good value. The kids' food section was also impressive. Lots of variety for every kind of foodie! There was also a stroller rental at the hotel, which was great as we didn't break a stroller with us and had a full day at Tokyo Disney Sea. The transportation was also easily accessible, and easy to navigate. We also took advantage of the luggage transfer service on-site. We can't wait to come back!

So we stayed here twice and our first stay was amazing, everything was so clean and comfortable and wonderful. The second time, our room was on the south side and idk if it was our room type but it was gross. You could wipe the black mold off the shower with the palm of your hand. The bathroom in general was not clean. The first bathroom was Japanese style and this one was American style with the toilet in the same room and a shower/bath combo.

Beautiful property, the staff were great, especially at the pool and bell staff. The amenities were so wonderful, the pajamas were really nice. The kids station at the buffet was awesome. There were also lots of cute decorations for Halloween. The access to Disney was amazing. The only downside was it's not by the train or anything and there's only other hotels nearby so if you want to eat other than at the hotel restaurant or do anything other than Disney you have to take a 20 minute+ taxi. And the hotel buffet is a bit pricey.

Great hotel. Coach direct from the Airport to the Hotels in the Disney area. Fast and friendly check in. Loads of space about the hotel and it was all decorated for Halloween which was lovely. There’s also some shops with in it. Hotel room was spot on with a small balcony over looking the Disney park. Staff were amazing!
