Location great - 2 min walk to Ginza line, 5 mins to Ueno station. Hotel is modern, clean, good facilities, staff excellent. Never tried their breakfast. Room is tidy, clean, bathroom good. Spacious enough that you actually open a couple of large suitcases! WIFI can be average at peak times else good.
