Stayed here twice in 6 months
I’ll stay here anytime we are in Tokyo Area. The main reason is convenience. It’s located 10 mins by train from Haneda. It takes less than 5 mins from the train platform to the hotel lobby. Access to tokyo by taking s short walk to kamata station snd use the JR line or take a train from Keikyu Kamata to shinagawa station and go anywhere from there. Breakfast at the hotel is good and Stores and restaurants near hotel.

Good hotel for one day stay. Easy access from Kamata station and room is clean and efficient, has a window that opens for fresh air. Quiet neighborhood. Only con: 1500yen breakfast has small selection of food. Very basic Japanese selection and one kind of bread. no fruits, no eggs. I’d recommend getting your own from convenience store nearby.
