We enjoyed our stay at hotel risveglio during our trip to Tokyo. We stayed 7 nights. The check-in and check-out process was quite easy. Amenities are provided such as razors if you ask the staff plus there were toothbrushes in the room. Our highlight was the breakfast which was excellent. Location was great, staff were kind. The only negative I have was that the AC controls did not work and I was told by front staff that is was controlled on the floor rather than individual rooms. When I spoke to another guest, he was on the 8th floor (we were on the 3rd), he said they had full control of the AC. Ultimately for two of our six nights we were cooking.
