Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well taken care of rooms. Hotel in general was lovely and in a great location near Akihabara. Air conditioning worked well though the windows could not open due to safety reasons but the AC and its different air/cooling/heating settings worked great.

Staff are very kind and helpful. Room was clean, and it's really all you need if you plan on spending time exploring. Lots to see in the area, and close to the subway. Make sure you ask for an extra pillow, since the default one in the room is hard.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is so wonderful! Bonus, the hotel is perfectly located to shopping, dining, entertainment and trainlines (JR, H, G and C). There is so much to see and do and it is easy to hop on any of the railways to almost any location nearby. The hotel staff are so friendly and cheerful, we absolutely love this hotel and stayed last year - we will be back next year!
