A clean spacious room with all amenities available for use. We took advantage of the washer dryer in one, that was a big plus! It felt very homey and I would 100% recommend this apartment-hotel. I would def book with them again. The staff was efficient with communicating. The location was right off the train station, also a big plus!

The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was right on top of the Kamiyachō station. The only complaint was that the check-in tablet was powered off and we could not turn it on. We had to call the support number to get access to our room.
