Enjoyed my stay here. It is about 5-10 walk upon leaving the Yamanote Line by following the New South Gate exit. It was easily walkable following signs as well as lift options whilst I was dragging around 2 suitcases. The area hotel was nice and quiet and its about a 10 minute walk to reach the main Shibuya crossing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One thing which could be improved is the breakfast options and variety and the room temperature, as it very cold with the air con on which would also make some of the food get cold fairly quickly. Other than that room was nice and spacious and would probably stay here again in the future.

Clean, convenient location near the Shibuya train station. Wonderful amenities counter, great coffee any time in the lobby. Reasonably priced. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Room was nice and large for a Shibuya area Hotel. Price was fair. Check in was straight forward. Room was clean! Amenities bountiful albeit on the 4th floor lobby. Construction was set up on the exterior facade, but it wasn’t actively underway because it was New Year’s Eve. Bathroom area was well appointed. The hotel was super close to the famous shibuya crossing and all the shopping. It took a while to get the washer dryer going due to language barrier, but we eventually got it. Only thing was the 1 ply toilet paper even with the bidet/magic toilet.

Excellent location! About a 10 or so minute walk to Shibuya Centre in one direction and a 10 minute walk to Daikanyama in the other direction. Very close to the train station. Room was clean and relatively spacious for Tokyo standards. Staff were lovely and very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel was nice and clean, staff was friendly and spoke English. Check-in and check-out were easy. Room was clean and big enough, perfect for a short stay and very close to Shibuya station which made it very convenient as a hub to go to different parts of Tokyo.
