#211 always has some noise from the water pot, and the A/C. It could be thermal expansion and contractions, but annoying when you want a good sleep at night. All staffs are friendly and professional.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in this hotel for the past 2mos. Great location — transpo is very accessible and the nearby airport bus pickup is such a win! Lots of food & shopping options surrounding the hotel, and a nearby Don Quijote. Would definitely go back here when in Tokyo.

Everything was very easy. The staff is kind and speaks very good english. The breakfast is very good. Rooms are small but enought. I just used it for sleep. The hotel has very good location. You can move everywhere very easy from there.

EXCELLENT! Starting with the warm greetings from the front desk staff to the high attention to detail regarding cleanliness, we were very impressed! Kinshicho has everything you need all very close to the hotel. We definitely will stay again!

The room we had was a bit dusty. The air conditioner smelled like it was molding when turned on sadly so couldn’t really use it. The air filter in the room wasn’t even cleaned and the floor could of been vacuumed as there was quite a bit of hair.. I didn’t make too much of a fuss bc we were mostly out anyway so I guess it was just OK. Staff was nice though.
