Didn't know check out time is 10am, we checked out at 11am after receiving a phone call from them at 1030am. Japanese female staff refused to waive off the fee even though the male staff was alright with it. We did not ask for room service thoughout the stay. Didn't even change the towels. Of course they have every right to charge but 10am is an unusual check out time hence they should have reminded us upon check in which they didn't! It's a self check in. The female Japanese on duty on 31/1/2026 is rude and and unpleasant. So desperate for just 2000yen? Is your hotel not making money? Anyway, I will never return. Disgusting service.

Was a fantastic stay for my 2 week holiday. When I return to Japan for a holiday, this hotel will be at the top of my list to book. The room was spotless and comfortable, the staff were friendly and very accomodating. Having a 7-Eleven store on the ground floor of the hotel, with access from inside the hotel was glorious. Metro stations were around a 5 minute walk from the hotel, journey time to Tokyo station is around 10 mintues on the metro. Very nice area to base yourselves and travel out from.

Accomodation was clean and tidy, staff were kind and helpful with anything we needed. the location is extremely convenient with everything being within walking distance and of course the 7 eleven being right downstairs was the biggest bonus with this accomodation. only thing to note would be the room size it was a tad squishy for my friend and I would definitely upgrade to a bigger room next time.

The pillows here are quite literally the worst thing I have ever felt. They are stuffed with what feels like hay and little rocks, we had to use our sweaters as cushions because the pillows were that bad. The location, staff & convenience of this hotel are 5 stars, but the pillows really ruined it for us.

Yes!! The room was spotless! The staff were very nice as well and very helpful! There’s 7/11 right at the building which is nice and lots of places to eat nearby! Highly recommend if you want to stay away from busy street!

Sehr sauber, super Onsen-Bereich, generell ruhig und schön gehalten. Waschmaschinen sind günstig Einzig das Personal ist etwas unflexibel. Wir kamen nach einer Nachtbusfahrt um 6:30 an und baten darum, uns kurz im public bath frisch machen zu dürfen. Das wurde uns verwehrt, mit der Begründung dass dies nur eingecheckte Gäste dürfen, und wir durften erst um 14 Uhr einchecken.
