Great location right next to a JR train station. Street with small shops. Hotel was clean, with rooms of traditional japanese style. Floor beds and seating. Interesting :) clean room and bathroom. We loved it. It took us about 1 hour to get to the hotel from airport via monorail and other lines.

For the price and service you expected it was pretty good the hotel staff can speak some english but not to the point where you can have a conversation about the roses and daises so learn some japanese before you come into the country. The room was phenomenal traditional looking and pretty big. the station nearby the hotel was pretty accessible about 3 minute walk and there's a 7/11 and sukiya nearby for your fast food options. Overall i would come back again here

It was ok for short stay. However, after the room service/ cleaning the room / my tooth brush and lipstick was gone. Did clear put the bin? It was first time like that situation so O was surprised.

Great location close to the station. Easy to visit old Japanese shopping towns and parks. Staffs are nice, hotel entrance to the elevator was not accessible—could not avoid a few steps, while staffs mere willing to help carrying the luggage to the elevator. Cleaning was not really thoroughly done—bath tub slow draining due to accumulated hair. and some hair on the floor upon checking in.

Location is decent, with an extra plus if you have a JR pass. Room size is fine, although not particularly notably. Furniture is underwhelming. Amenities are extremely limited. Staff service was fine, although can't comment too much on that since I didn't need anything particularly complex from them.

Love the staff and their hardwork-thank you!

Wonderful stay with great hardworking and kind staff. It was sad to leave and we miss you already. Our first week ac was on fan mode so it was hot for a week then staff changed our room and it was comfortable. Second room didn’t have wifi for a week. Hotel was very close to Mikawashima station. 24hour self serve Laundromats are 3-5blocks away. Kids and I already miss you all. Hope to return soon!Thank you!!

Near new condition, staff extremely helpful, close to convenience stores / restaurants / train station all within a 3-minute walk. Authentic Japanese feel but with modern touches (full shower room, auto toilet), ideal “boutique” hotel as a base to explore Tokyo.

Super like this hotel, room is clean and staff is very polite and helpful. Hotel closed to a lot of restaurants and convenient stores. AEON supermarket just next door. Less than 5 mins walking to Mikawashima station ( jr line). Even transfer to airport is quite convenient too. Thank you

Super good hotel especially the night time male receptionist, helpful and polite. Hotel location is good closed to a lot of convenient store and restaurants. Aeon supermarket just next door. less than 5 mins walking to Mikawashima station( jr line).

Staff were very friendly and helpful, full marks in that regard. The room was extremely clean. We were placed on the first floor just meters from the check in desk allowing us to hear the phone along with peaple checking-in. This wasn't ideal. The room had no windows as such as opening the shoji revealed a bared window that faced a wall almost within touching distance. Therefore we constantly relied of artificial lighting which made it feel clostrophobic. (certainly no view) There was no clock, no hotel information pamphlets, no train timetables etc.
