This hotel has great access to the train station. Staff were very helpful. Room was small but had what you need. My only issue was with our window was double glazed to limit train noise which it did well but at the expense of natural light I would stay here again but on another level to get the light.

The location (close to public transport was perfect). But the again, the trains passing by were quite loud and might wake up a light sleeper.

Excellent Location, great service.

Good hotel, big for tokyo. Location is convenient for the east side of tokyo (Asakusa/Ueno), and still manageable for west side (shinjuku/shibuya) Many good eateries nearby and a minimart nearby. Service was good and they were able to clean up/renew towels everyday. Only gripe would be that it might be too loud for you to sleep due to trains, but the double seal glass doors on the balcony block out enough noise for a good night's sleep.

Great place to stay. The only minor thing is that its by a train track, so if you're a light sleeper, it may not be for you. But with the earplugs they provided, I was not affected by it.

The free amenities provided in the lobby are good. Really surprised to have Dyson hair dryer for free rental. If there is a choice for not changing the towel would be better as it is not necessary to change it everyday. Very nice and helpful hotel staff.
