This is a really nice hotel. The staff were super polite and courteous. The room was neat and clean. The buffet was excellent and delicious. The surrounding area is really quiet and out of the way from tourists. The hotel is right next to a Tokyo city air terminal, which is the bus limousine service from the airport, so that convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone. Would definitely consider coming back.

I enjoyed my stay so much. The location is great my room was spotless. I ate in the upstairs tappanaki restaurant and enjoyed my meal. I would come back to this hotel on my next visit. Everyone was so helpful. They really went out of their way to try and make me happy

Pros: 1. Very good location, easy to subway and airport. 2. Staffs were very nice. 3. Service was very good, the sofa bed was ready before I checked in. 4. The breakfast was good. Cons: 1. Renovations may be needed, specially for the bathroom.
