Room was dirty and not left in great condition. It also had a weird scent that I didn’t enjoy. It was quite a hike from the trains I needed to use as well. They did not refresh my room or give me fresh towels like they said they would. I did like the check in process and the overall location. Would not stay here again unless needed.

Very good hotel. Only downside for me was our room was situated near their stockroom/utilities cupboard and in the morning, you would hear the housekeeping crew chat and giggle outside the door. Otherwise, everything was great!

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Was able to check in a bit earlier which was highly appreciated. Location is very central to train station and shopping and dining options

Nice room, spotless washroom the roof top is amazing. The location is near to the train. Make my days nices in Shinjuku. The employees are so helpful. Thanks for make my stay so good 🙏

Staff were amazing and very helpful! No ventilation in room or washroom. It was very stuffy after any showers. Sheets were never changed, it was just tidied.

If you are not claustrophobic, then this hotel should be no problem. It’s in a part of town that has a very active night life. This hotel would be ideal for those looking for a night on the town all with in walking distance. Amenities were provided and I found them to be of good quality. Save some luggage space and leave the basic toiletries at home except for those that are specific to you. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. I would rate it average because the breakfast food was nothing out of this world. Overall this is a great hotel for the younger traveler and a companion.

Breakfast should start earlier we had a early tour and had to eat in 10 minutes Not Fun if it open at 6:30 there would have been a better option

The kitchen could have opened earlier. Some of the tours left early and then we had to get to the pick-up point, which left us a bit rushed to get breakfast.

Rooms were so clean and service excellent, the only thing was we wished the room was bigger. Will definitely book again but a bigger room. Staff were amazing every single day!
