We were there for 11 days in the Executive studio room and was very happy with the service the room and the amenities. Staff were helpful and breakfast was yummy and a lot of options.

Great location. Great view on the 12th floor with breakfast. Staff so nice and friendly. Easy check in and check out and held our bags for the day. Great quick stop for a night in Tokyo.

Staff were very tentative to our needs. We were able to forward our luggage to our next accommodation with their full assistance. Love the Self Checkout. The Superior Double room was a great size for 2 people. I would recommend the gardens in the front of the bulding needs assistance for street appeal.
