Amazing Overnight

Great overnight stay with very polite & helpful bus drivers. Room,albeit small, was very clean & cool with air purifier. Breakfast was fantastic. Pity we couldn't stay longer to enjoy it.

It was clean and good condition. We stay at hotels or apartments for a half of year. We can recommend this hotel before your flight. The shuttle bus service is also good. (4:30 a.m.)

The Hotel JAL City Haneda Tokyo West Wing is a cost-effective option for a stay of one or a few nights. The neighborhood is nothing much, but the hotel itself is a clean business hotel with decent-sized rooms, only around a five-minute walk from the station (convenient to Haneda Airport and not far from Yokohama and Shinagawa). Check-in and check-out are via machine, and my sense was that the front desk staff would much rather let guests fumble their way through the not-so-well designed user interface than handle the transactions themselves. I'd stay again.

Hotel Jal was very convenient for us because it was for a layover night. My only suggestion will be to be able to pay with credit card in the vending machines because if you are just passing thru Japan, there is a chance you don't have yens available. Also, I would have one the option for a later check-out. Everything is so automatized that we didn't even know how to ask for the option. Other than that it was a great hotel and I love teh shuttle to the airport.
