Made our reservation but was sent an email at check in time 3pm that they cancelled our reservation due to not ready for business with hotels.com. Only to be left with no where to stay. We are still waiting on a refund and compensation from hotels.com. I could go on and on about how our plans had to be changed and the more money that had to be spent but we’ll leave it at that.
