Location was absolutely great, that pretty much it. Beds were hard, rooms were small but its Tokyo so to be expected. Wifi is garbage so don't expect to rely on it if traveling. When I asked the staff about it they just said "its bad, that's just how it is".

The hotel’s location was good. But the rooms were very small and didn’t smell clean when I first walked in. The bed was hard and only one flat pillow. They give you two thin small towels that were so old that o was scared to use them.

Smoke filled room. Walls peeling, marked and dirty with something unknown!! Felt very uncomfortable to sleep there and wanted to leave asap. Next evening coming back to the hotel a person was in sitting in front of the hotel smoking. That same night someone down the hall was smoking in their room so we had to try and block the smoke with towels at the door. We asked for a No Smoking room and obviously we got the opposite.
