Perfect hotel for anyone looking for something affordable yet good quality! Rooms are quite small but you will find that at most Japan hotels. Washing machine/dryer in your room. We chose this hotel because of its location to the Tokyo Marathon start line, which was about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is also located near some great basic restaurants, an incredible park, and numerous subway lines. We would stay here again.

This is our third visit to Tokyo and this was the best choice for hotel stay. The room is much more spacious, laundry in the room was a big plus. Easy transportation to bus and subways. Friendly and helpful staff and freshly ground coffee and espresso machine 24/7. Definitely would stay here again!

I appreciated the easy check in and out that this property offered, and the quieter (yet central) location in Nishi Shinjuku. There were great amenities nearby and located not far from the Nishi-Shinjuku station made transportation easy. We also appreciated the large and lively central park across the street. Lots of green space in the middle of a big city.
