Stayed here one night with family, was the closest Hotel to the U.S. Consulate. Smelled great in lobby, reception team very friendly. While we checked in we were handed a warm cookie for each of us. I absolutely LOVED that! The gentleman’s name who was looking after us was Tim. He even asked if there were any nut allergies prior to handing us the cookie. My son is allergic to Peanuts and I greatly appreciated that. Hotel was quite busy due to some conferences going on so we ended up with a King room with sleeper sofa-bed. My teenage boys were very uncomfortable on that mattress but we made due, it was only for one night. The room did have a kitchenette which was an amazing feature for longer stays. Two full size televisions , one in living room area and one in bedroom. Bathroom a bit tight but clean, and really love the fact that there were full size bottles of body wash/shampoo/conditioner/body lotion available to use. I loathe packing those toiletries so this is always greatly appreciated. We needed some extra towels and Alisa at Front Desk had someone bring some up right away. Parking is available onsite which is very convenient albeit quite steep at $45/night but expected in any metropolitan city. We did not use any of the Hotel amenities but there is a Pool and Gym and restaurant/bar onsite. Just a short walking distance from the hotel there are an array of different restaurants and Dundas Square is just a few blocks away. Would definitely return here.

We love being close to China Town, Yonge Street, and public transit. Nice and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Getting a Starbucks coffee in the lobby is a little bit of an odd process, that could be improved, and not a deal breaker.
